There are 2 options for applying to rent an apartment:
1. Online - Click on the "Apply Now" in the advertised listing of the desired apartment. You must attach legible photos or scans of State Identification and Employment Payment documents.
2. Paper - Paper applications can be picked up at the office. Please call to schedule an appointment to do this. You must provide legible copies of State Identification and Employment Payment documents.
WHAT are the minimum requirements to be approved?
Your combined total income should be at least three times the amount of rent.
Residence History References showing no debts to landlords, no damage to unit and no poor social skills.
Credit History showing a history of making on time payments.
If you are unable to meet the above requirements a Third Party Guarantor/Cosigner or an adjustment to the Security Deposit may be needed. Please note that third party guarantors must fill out a separate application, see "How cosigners apply" tab.
Non Smoker (no smoking in or out of the apartment)
WHAT are the characteristics of a good Third-Party Guarantor or Cosigner?
Income to support both themselves and the applicant.
Credit History showing ability to make payments. No collections.
One Third-Party Guarantor may guarantee for more than one applicant.
Not a future co-tenant/roommate.
WHO needs to apply?
All Adults (including spouses)
All Minors who will be acting like adults
Anyone who will be signing the lease
All Third-Party Guarantors/Cosigners
HOW much does it cost? $25 for each application and $25 for each third-party guarantee.
When applying, the same application can be used for any apartment at both Greentree and Bridger Village Apartments.
